- Stenographer 'C' / Stenographer 'D' - 2006 Vacancy Posts - Basic Pay 19900 plus allowances in Central Government Pay Matrix Level 2 - 12th Std Pass with Stenography skills - Age limit 27 years for Group D posts, 30 years for Group C posts
Age limit details :
Cut off date for age limit calculation is 01.08.2024
Maximum age limit is 27 years for Group D posts, 30 years for Group
C posts
+3 years age relaxation is applicable for OBC candidates.
+5 years age relaxation is applicable for SC / ST candidates.
+10 years age relaxation is applicable for PwD candidates in addition
with their communal age relaxation (i.e. +13 years for OBC PwD ; +15
years for SC / ST PwD)
Departmental candidates UR 30 years plus communal roster age relaxations are
applicable.
Application Fees details :
Rs.100 for UR male / OBC male candidates.
There is no fee for all WOMEN candidates.
There is no fee for SC / ST / PwD candidates.
Steno Examination 2024 Details :
- Exam - MCQ - exam will be conducted in computer - Total Time 2 hours - Total 150 MCQs - Total Marks 150 marks. Negative marks applicable for wrong answer (0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- General Intelligence and Reasoning - 50 MCQs - 1 Marks each - Total 50 Marks
- General Awareness - 50 MCQs - 1 Marks each - Total 50 Marks
- English Comprehension - 50 MCQs - 1 Marks each - Total 50 Marks
- Skill Test in Stenography (Those who-ever shortlisted from the above examination)
