- Minimum 7 years experience (practicing) as an Advocate / Pleader in Supreme Court or High Courts or Courts subordinate thereto
- OR
- Currently working as an APP (Assistant Public Prosecutor) with minimum 7 years experience as an Advocate / Assistant Public Prosecutor

- Minimum 7 years experience (practicing) as an Advocate / Assistant Public Prosecutor
