- Essential Qualifications : 12th Std Pass ; Diploma in Medical Lab Technology
- Desirable Qualifications : BSc in Biochemistry with minimum 3 years experience
- Secondary Grade Teacher (இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்) - 1 Post for UR Quota - Basic Pay 20000 plus allowances in Pay Matrix Level 9
- Essential Qualifications : B.Sc. in Mathematics with B.Ed.
- Desirable Qualifications : M.Sc. in Mathematics and TET Certificate with 2 years experience
- Mazdoor (மஸ்தூர்) - 2 Post for UR Quota - Basic Pay 19500 plus allowances in Pay Matrix Level 8
- Essential Qualifications : ITI Trade certificate in Wireman / Fitter / Carpenter / Plumber / Electrician / Mason
- Desirable Qualifications : 3 years work experience

Minimum age limit is 21 years completed.
Maximum age limit is as follows :
UR candidates 30 years
OBC and Transgender candidates 33 years
