• ME / MTech in relevant branch with minimum 8 years service in Group A category, which includes minimum 3 years as Executive Engineer in Grade Pay 6600 
• OR
• BE / BTech with 10 years service in Group A category, which includes minimum 3 years as Executive Engineer in Grade Pay 6600
• Deputy Registrar - 4 Posts (1 UR ; 2 OBC ; 1 ST) - Basic Pay 78800 plus allowances in Central Government Pay Matrix Level 12 - Age limit 50 years
• Post Graduate in any degree with 5 years service in administration; as Assistant Registrar in Grade Pay 5400
