• Administrative Officer - MBA with 20 years experience and should be a retired / Servicing / on deputation from Kerala Forest Department or other wings in govt sectors - Age limit 60 years
• Conservation Biologist - MSc Botany / Wildlife Science / Zoology / Forestry with minimum 3 years experience in data collection analysis and result formulation in forest areas
• Sociologist - Post Graduate Degree in Social Science / Social Work with 3 years experience 
• GIS Specialist - Post Graduate Degree in Geographical Information Systems / Computer Science and 3 years experience in spatial database, and management, mapping and analysis
• Economist - MA / MSc in Economics / Environmental Economics / Forest Economics and 3 years experience
