Retired / Serving All India Service officers / officials of Central / State Government Departments / Undertakings / Institutions with minimum 15 years service, which includes 3 years in senior cadre

• OR

Retired / Serving Academicians from reputed Universities / Institutions / Research Lab (private or government) with minimum rank of Associate Professor (PhD with 10 years experience)

• OR

Retired / Serving Experts / Individuals in Research / Consultancy / Field Experience in private / NGO (PG Degree with 15 years experience)
