Posts @ Research and Development & Quality Control Department : 

• Management Trainee  - 12 Posts (2 UR ; 2 BC ; 3 MBC ; 2 SC ; 2 SCA ; 1 ST) - First year stipend Rs.22500 pm ; Second year stipend Rs.25350 pm ; after successful completion of training period candidates will be absorbed as regular staff member and IDA scale of pay 13900 plus allowances will be applicable - MSc Chemistry / BE / BTech Pulp and Paper Technology / BSc with PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology - Age 25 years
• OR
• Junior Officer - 12 Posts (2 UR ; 2 BC ; 3 MBC ; 2 SC ; 2 SCA ; 1 ST) - IDA Scale of Pay Basic Pay Rs.13900 plus allowances - MSc Chemistry / BE / BTech Pulp and Paper Technology / BSc with PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology with 3 years experience - Age 25 years
• OR
• Assistant Officer - 12 Posts (2 UR ; 2 BC ; 3 MBC ; 2 SC ; 2 SCA ; 1 ST) - IDA Scale of Pay Basic Pay Rs.15000 plus allowances  - MSc Chemistry / BE / BTech Pulp and Paper Technology / BSc with PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology with 5 years experience - Minimum age limit is 25 years
