• Company Secretary - 1 Post UR Quota - Basic Pay 15600 Grade Pay 5400 plus allowances in Pay Band III category - Associate Membership in Companies Secretaries of India (ACS) with minimum one year experience . (Addition qualification of Charted Accountant / CMA (ICWA) is desirable) - Age 45 years

Roster system and age relaxation are applicable as per Government of Tamil Nadu rules.
