• Junior Assistant (இளநிலை உதவியாளர்)  - 4 Posts (1 UR ; 1 SCA Women ; 1 MBC ; 1 BC) - Basic Pay 5200 Grade Pay 2400 plus allowances in Pay Band I category - Any Degree with English and Tamil Typewriting Junior Grade - Age 30 years
• Record Clerk (பதிவுறு எழுத்தர்)  - 4 Posts (1 UR ; 1 SCA Women ; 1 MBC ; 1 BC) - Basic Pay 4800 Grade Pay 1400 plus allowances in Pay Band I-A category - 10th Std Pass - Age 30 years
• Office Assistant (OA) (அலுவலக உதவியாளர்)  - 3 Posts (1 UR ; 1 SCA Women ; 1 MBC) - Basic Pay 4800 Grade Pay 1300 plus allowances in Pay Band I-A category - 8th Std Pass - Age 30 years
