• Sweeper - 68 Posts - Basic Pay 4800 Grade Pay 1300 plus allowances in Pay Band I-A category - 8th Std Pass - Age 30 years
• Sanitary Worker - 59 Posts - Basic Pay 4800 Grade Pay 1300 plus allowances in Pay Band I-A category - 8th Std Pass - Age 30 years

Age Limit Calculations :
Cut-off date for age calculation is 01.07.2017
Minimum age limit is 18 years.
UR 30 years
BC / BC Muslims 35 years
MBC / DNC 35 years
SC / SCA / ST 35 years
In-service candidates 45 years
PwD candidates +10 years additional relaxations applicable.

Selection Procedure :
Written examination 50 MCQs for 50 marks (minimum qualifying marks 15)
General Knowledge 35 MCQs
General Tamil 15 MCQs
No negative marks.
Practical Test 15 marks (minimum qualifying marks 5)
Personal Interview 10 marks  (minimum qualifying marks 3)

Education qualification certificates
Proof of date of birth (10th Std / 12th Std Mark Sheet / Transfer Certificate / Birth Certificate).
Community Certificate
Conduct Certificate / TC from last studies institution.

General Instructions :
Application Fee Rs.250 for UR / BC / BCM / MBC candidates.
There is no application fee for SC / SCA / ST candidates and Destitute Widow of all communities
Fee should be paid as Demand Draft in favour of "Registrar General, High Court of Madras" payable at Chennai.
