• Manager (Grade 'B' - in Rural Development Banking Service RDBS) - 17 Posts - IDA Scale Basic Pay 35150 plus allowances (Approx. Gross Salary Rs.66864 pm) - Bachelor's Degree - Age 35 years.
• General - 9 Posts - Any Degree
• Agriculture - 8 Posts - Degree in Agriculture (includes Agriculture Science, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Dairy Technology, Fisheries and other related disciplines)

PwD Quota and Eligibility Status :

1 Post horizontally reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) for Othopaedically Handicapped Quota - BL / OA / OL

Selection Procedure :

Phase : I - Preliminary Examination

MCQ type exam pattern. Total marks 200

1. Test of Reasoning – 20 marks
2. English Language – 40 marks
3. Computer Knowledge –20 marks
4. General Awareness – 20 marks
5. Quantitative Aptitude – 20 marks
6. Economic and Social Issues (with focus on Rural India) – 40 marks
7. Agriculture and Rural Development (with focus on Rural India) - 40 marks

Phase : II - Main Examination

Exam pattern : MCQ type questions and Descriptive type questions. Total marks 200

1. Paper I : General English in Descriptive type questions. writing skills will be evaluated through online computer based exam. - 100 marks.
2. Paper II : Economic and Social Issues and Agriculture and Rural Development (with focus on Rural India) for General Posts and Agriculture for candidates applying for Manager (RDBS) Agriculture Post - MCQ type questions - 100 marks.

Phase : III - Personal Interview.

Total marks for oral test is 40.
