• Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade Scale I (JMG-I) - 400 Posts (202 UR ; 108 OBC ; 60 SC ; 30 ST) - Any Degree with 60% marks - Age 28 years

Selection Procedure  - Stage I  :

Written test

Group Discussion (GD)

Personal Interview.

Candidates will be shortlisted from the above 3 levels.

Selection Procedure - Stage II :

PGDBF Course full time.

The shortlised candidates from the stage I, will be admitted for ONE year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) in Manipal University / NITTE University. On the end of the course, successfully completed candidates will be awarded PGDBF certification and also appointed in Syndicate Bank as Probationary Officer designation.
