      Testimonial (conduct certificate) should be obtained from any one Gazetted Officer (Group 'A' / Group 'B') from State or Central Government. In this certificate you should affixed a latest passport size photograph, and this photo also to be attested by the gazetted officer.

      Gazetted Officers : Govt Hospital Surgeons, Govt Doctors, Govt Engineers, Govt College / School Principal, Govt College Librarian, Professors, Police Inspector etc.

    1. Whether it has separate format, if it is there - kindly guide where can i get it.

      Dear Mr Arun, Testimonial Certificate / Conduct Certificate (both are same). You can get this from any one of the gazetted rank officers in State govt or Central Govt.

      This certificate should stating about your skills, character and conducts.

      Paste one photo on the testimonial certificate. Additionally get the signature and seal on the photograph.

      Now, we do hope, you understand it.

    Guys don't waste time on RC post ...its just abt money...i got info they ve already selected candidates for all post ...5lac per post bribe done....don't spoil ur future by this useless recruitment notification....its better to write any central gov exams and clear ...most state gov direct recruitment is just a fake interview thing...
