- Driver cum Conductor (ஓட்டுநர் உடன் நடத்துநர்) - 3274 Posts - 10th Std Pass ; HMV Driving License ; Conductor License - Age 40 years
- Educational Qualifications : 10th Std Pass and must Read / Write / Speake in Tamil
- Technical Qualifications :
- HMV Driving License with Badge and minimum 18 months experience
- Conductor License and valid First Aid Certificate
- Physical Fitness Qualifications 1 :
- Height 160 centimeters ; Weight 50 kg
- Should not have any physical deformity
- The visual acuity should be within the prescribed range
- Physical Fitness Qualifications 2 :
- Candidates should be free from the following defects.
- Eyesight deficiency.
- Hearing deficiency.
- Night blindness and Color blindness deficiency.
- Abnormalities of bent legs, clubbed knees and flat feet.

Age limit details :
Cut off date for age limit calculation is 01.01.2025
Minimum age limit is 24 years completed.
Maximum age limit as follows :
40 years for UR candidates.
45 years for BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates.
Ex-serviceman UR category - 50 years
Ex-serviceman BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST category - 55 years
Application Fees details :
Application Registration Fees Rs.590 for SC / ST candidates.
Application Registration Fees Rs.1180 for BC / BCM / MBC / DNC candidates.
Selection Method :
Written Test - 50 Marks (Tamil exam marks will not consider for
selection process. Tamil exam is only meant for eligibility test)
Practical Test - 80 Marks
Oral Test / Interview - 20 marks
Examination details :
Question paper will be in MCQ pattern, Tamil language only.
General Tamil 50 Marks (Must pass with 20 marks ; if the candidates get
less than 20 marks GK paper will not be evaluated)
General Knowledge - 20 Marks
Subject knowledge - 30 Marks
Practical Test - 80 Marks
